What is The Standard?

Six standards recited at every meeting — Ownership, Discipline, Brotherhood, Leadership, Faith, Truth — plus the rules we enforce: attendance (three unexcused absences a year — tell your accountability partner beforehand and it's excused), curriculum done before every meeting, $35/month dues, one mandatory annual retreat, confidentiality, and business casual dress.

Leadership reads every application personally. You'll hear from a real man, not a machine — usually within the week. First conversation is a short Zoom call, then coffee in person. In the meantime: The Forge, our open Bible study, meets Monday mornings — no application needed. Show up.
