Founded in January 2026 by men who knew they were never meant to walk alone — and wanted to be held to a higher standard than their own willpower.
Iron Circle exists to raise up men who can be counted on — and then to send them out.
We hold each other to a standard higher than our own willpower: worship, family, fitness, stewardship, and the work of our hands. Then we carry it outside the room — feeding the hungry, standing with the weak, and protecting people who can't protect themselves. A man who is only strong among his brothers hasn't been made strong yet. We're building the men our families, our churches, and our city are going to need.
There was a table I used to sit at. Good friends, good food, and a conversation that never went anywhere. I would put something real on it, an ambition or an idea I actually believed in, and watch it get laughed off before the plates were cleared. I went home full and still hungry.
I couldn't have been the only one. Somewhere in this city were men who wanted what I wanted: to be pushed, to be known, to be told the truth by someone with nothing to gain from flattering me. Men who would fast together, pray together, and build something sturdier than friendship.
So I went looking for that room. What I found were groups that wanted a title I hadn't earned, or a number I couldn't write, or an age I hadn't reached. And none of them were built on the one thing that would have made them worth joining.
It didn't exist. So we built it.
In January 2026, Iron Circle held its first meeting in a Denver office. Not one of us had it figured out. That was the point. Men came hungry, the Word got opened, and iron did what iron does.

We're not trying to get big. We're trying to get deep, and then do it again. When a circle fills, we don't stretch it — we send men out to start another one carrying the same standard. The goal was never a bigger room. It's more rooms, in more cities, full of men who are trusted at home before they're respected anywhere else.

The open door. Anyone can join the Monday-morning Bible study — no application, no dues. Meet the brotherhood, open the Word, and experience the standard before committing to it. The Forge costs you nothing but early mornings and honesty.
The brotherhood proper — kept small on purpose, and multiplied when it fills. Weekly meetings, the full curriculum, the habit challenge, the annual retreat, and a seat at a table where your word is expected to mean something.
