The Beginning

The Story of Iron Circle

It started at a restaurant table. I was out with friends, and the conversation was going nowhere — the same surface-level talk as every other night. I'd bring up an ambition, a business idea, something I actually cared about, and get laughed at. I wanted to go deeper. I wanted the conversations that challenge you and change you — and I couldn't find them at that table.

I figured I couldn't be the only one. Somewhere out there were other men my age who wanted more — men who wanted to be pushed, held accountable, and sharpened, with real vulnerability between brothers — and who had nowhere to do it.

So I went looking. What I found were business groups that cost $50,000 a year and required you to already own a company. I didn't own a business, and I didn't have $50,000 to spend on a men's group. And none of them were built on the thing that actually matters. I kept asking one question: where is the group for men my age that isn't a college ministry and isn't just business networking — a brotherhood built around God, His Word, and faith-driven excellence?

It didn't exist. So we built it.

I pitched the idea to a few friends and mentors, and they didn't laugh — they said "when do we start." In January 2026, Iron Circle held its first meeting at the Berkshire Hathaway office in Denver. It took off. Men showed up hungry, iron started sharpening iron, and I watched men grow in ways a restaurant table never produces. We've been building it out ever since.

Kadin Owen

Founded Iron Circle in January 2026. Carries the vision, the constitution, and the final word on the standard. Works in commercial roofing and exteriors — a builder by trade and by calling.

Iron Circle exists because Kadin got tired of shallow tables. He went looking for a brotherhood of young men built on Christ rather than on networking or a college ministry, found that it didn't exist at any price he could pay, and built it instead — first meeting held at the Berkshire Hathaway office in Denver in January 2026.

He carries the vision and the constitution, and he's the one who guards the standard — including holding himself to it first. A builder in commercial roofing and exteriors by trade, he approaches the brotherhood the same way he approaches a structure: foundation first, and no shortcuts where they won't be seen.

Zaden Voorhees

Kadin's right hand. Oversees the brotherhood's finances and shared accountability — the man who makes sure the circle's commitments hold in practice, not just on paper.

Every brotherhood has a gap between what it says at the table and what actually happens Tuesday through Monday. Zaden's job is to close it. He runs the accountability side of the Circle — the goals men set, the habits they carry, and whether the numbers on the scoreboard match the words in the room.

He also stewards the brotherhood's money: dues in, expenses out, and a full accounting the men can see. Nobody in the Circle wonders where their $35 went, and that's by design.

Joshua Spivey

The bridge-builder. Opens doors, hosts the circle, and architects the rhythms that turn nine individual men into one brotherhood. Real estate professional in Denver.

Josh is the reason the Circle has a room to meet in and men further down the road willing to sit in it. He opens doors — to rooms, to mentors, to guest speakers most men our age would never get in front of — and he does it without asking for anything back.

He also architected the monthly rhythm: four different meetings, four different rooms, repeating every month. That structure is why the Circle sharpens instead of drifting into a weekly hangout.

Systems & Operations Director

Kyler Voorhees

Builds the machinery — the systems, tools, and operations that let the brotherhood run with excellence. AI operator by trade; believes good systems free men to do the real work.

Most men's groups die of logistics long before they die of a lack of conviction — somebody has to track the habits, run the applications, and remember what was decided three months ago. Kyler builds the systems that carry that weight so the leadership can spend its attention on men instead of admin.

He built and runs the Circle's member platform: applications, habit tracking, the scoreboard, the calendar, and the operations behind them. An AI operator by trade, he works from a simple conviction — excellence in the unseen machinery is what lets the seen work be excellent.
